Shiplogix enables merchants to book, manage, and ship their orders seamlessly through integrated third-party courier partners. We act as a facilitator between merchants and courier companies, offering competitive rates and a unified dashboard for logistics management.
2. Shipping Coverage
We offer shipping services across India through our courier partners. Availability may vary depending on the pickup and delivery locations and the selected courier service.
3. Order Processing & Pickup
- Orders booked before 1:00 PM IST (Mon–Sat) are generally scheduled for pickup the same or next working day.
- Pickup timelines are subject to courier partner availability and service area coverage.
- Shiplogix is not liable for pickup delays caused by the courier company or due to regional restrictions or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Delivery Timelines
- Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of booking and vary based on destination and courier service.
- Standard delivery ranges from 2 to 7 business days within India.
- Delays may occur due to weather conditions, lockdowns, remote area delivery, or courier operational issues.
5. Tracking
Once a shipment is booked, a tracking number will be generated and shared. Merchants can track their shipments via the Shiplogix dashboard or the respective courier partner’s tracking portal.
6. Lost/Damaged Shipments
- In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, merchants are advised to raise a claim within 7 days from the expected delivery date.
- Claims will be processed in accordance with the respective courier partner’s policies.
- Shiplogix does not guarantee compensation but will assist in liaising with the courier partner to expedite resolution.
7. Prohibited & Restricted Items
Merchants are responsible for ensuring that their shipments comply with courier partner guidelines and applicable laws. Items such as hazardous materials, illegal substances, and perishable goods may be restricted or prohibited.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
- Shipment bookings cannot be canceled once picked up.
- Refunds for undelivered or RTO (Return to Origin) shipments will be subject to courier partner terms and applicable deductions.
